This Neurodiverse Safe Work Foundations Course II provides a comprehensive overview of neurodiversity in employment across four modules. Learners gain insight into neurodiversity terminology, its impact on workplace health and safety, employer responsibilities, and practical strategies for fostering inclusivity. Through pre and post-course assessments and real-world case studies, participants learn to identify unconscious bias and address gaps in existing management systems and processes, promoting a neuroinclusive workplace culture. Once successfully completed, participants can receive the micro-credential, BSBWHS411 - Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs issued by registered training organisation Knowledge Access (#40961).

This eLearning course will equip Human Resources professionals with a comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity, its prevalence in the workplace, and strategies for supporting neurodivergent employees during the various stages of the employment cycle.

This eLearning course will equip coaching professionals with a comprehensive understanding the different types of neurodivergent functioning, the prevalence of neurodiversity in the adult population, and the differences in presentation between males and females. Additionally, the course will discuss the impact of neurodiversity on health, highlight the importance of understanding neurodiversity for professional coaches, and provide strategies for working effectively with neurodivergent clients, along with tools and resources to help.

This course has been designed by the Neurodiverse Safe Work Initiative to provide line managers, supervisors and team leaders with information, tools and techniques to manage and lead neurodiverse teams to success.
